Carmarthen judo club mini-mon

Our red belts had another opportunity to compete at a local competition. The Carmarthen Judo Club mini mon is always a well run event in there dojo.

First up we’re the girls, who showed excellent attacking judo in all their bouts. Izzy took a silver with 3 wins and 1 loss and Liv took gold after three quick ippon wins, winning two with tachiwaza and one in newaza.

In the boys section, Billy had some long fights that went to golden score and showed real determination to come away with a hard fought silver. Seb won a silver after 4 bouts and was also awarded the Red Belt Boys Judoka of the day!
