Fun, active judo developing confidence, coordination and fundamental judo skills.

Judo, fitness and technical development in a welcoming environment.

Monday 7:30pm – Penlan

Friday 6:30pm – Dunvant

You don't need previous martial arts experience and you don't need to buy a judo suit before your first session.

Your first session:

Choose a suitable class.

2. Arrive
Come along a few minutes early.

3. Meet the coaches
We'll show you what to do.

4. Get on the mat
Learn some basic judo and have fun.

5. Decide if you love it!
